As we expand our operations, we are looking for a talented and experienced Middle Business Development Manager to play a key role in our growth.Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive company growth and achieve revenue targets.- Identify and explore new business opportunities by staying updated on the relevant market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our software development services.- Lead and manage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and contract negotiation.- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, software development, and customer service teams, to ensure seamless solution delivery to clients.- Analyse software development market trends and customer preferences to provide insights and maintain a competitive edge.- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities, sales performance, and local market trends.Requirements:- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Engagement Manager, Sales Manager, or a related field – 3 years.- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding set sales targets.- Previous experience in lead generation, starting from lead nurturing to successful software development deals is a nice to have.- Previous extensive experience and background in healthcare/fintech/real estate (or other) domains is a sufficient advantage.- In-depth understanding of SMB sales process: you have to understand the complexities and challenges involved in selling to SMBs.- Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the software development landscape and the ability to identify business opportunities.- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools to track and manage sales activities.- Advanced level of English. - Ability to travel internationally for individual client meetings.We offer:- Competitive compensation based on your skills, experience, and performance.- 20 working days of annual paid vacation and 5 sick leaves;- 3 additional days off for special occasions.- Experienced colleagues with 85% of middle and senior engineers.- Possibility to work from anywhere in the world.- Exciting projects involving the newest technologies.- Accounting as a service.- Flexible working approach.
