Middle Business Analyst (Fintech domain) in KITRUM

Required skills

— 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
— Experience as a Product Owner or/and Product Manager
— Experience working with Product Owners in Scrum teams
— Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into functional specifications
— Practical knowledge and experience of the Atlassian software suite Method
— Proactivity, ability to communicate assertively and effectively
— Level of English: Upper-Intermediate+

As a plus

— Knowledge of fintech industry trends and regulations
— Knowledge of Product management techniques
— Experience in Pre-Sale / Discovery activities

Responsibilities

— Gather and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external partners
— Translate business requirements into functional specifications for software development teams
— Develop project plans and timelines to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
— Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in current business processes
— Assist with project management activities, including risk management, issue tracking, and status reporting
— Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and quality assurance teams, to ensure successful delivery of projects
— Manage UI/UX: prototyping, validation with customers, usability testing; scope planning for design team
— Develop and maintain documentation, including business process flows, use cases, and user stories
— Conduct user acceptance testing and assist with user training and adoption of new solutions
— Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to inform business decisions and process improvements
