• At least 3 years of experience in the field of business analysis or a related field.

• Knowledge of business analysis tools and methodologies.

• Experience with process modeling tools (eg BPMN, UML).

• Knowledge and experience of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (eg Jira, Confluence).

• Basic knowledge of SDLC

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

• Ability to analyze and define requirements for APIs, ensuring integration of various systems and applications.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong analytical skills, ability to think critically and solve complex problems.

• Attention to details, focus on high-quality work performance.

— Experience working on projects with a large number of integrations.

- Experience using Postman.

—Knowledge of requirements management theory.

- Gherkin scripting experience.

—Experience in testing web applications and mobile applications.

—Experience prioritizing backlog.

- Work experience in Camunda modeler.

— Experience working with highly loaded systems.

—IIBA, IREB (or equivalent) certification.

Your tasks in the role of Business Analyst will include:

• Participation in projects/products, collection, analysis, identification of requirements, formation of the Wiki and Backlog of the project/product.

• Creation of requirements specifications like FRD, User Story, Use Cases, Flowcharts, Business Processes, Data Flows, ERD.

• Collaboration with stakeholders to define, document and validate business requirements.

• Analysis and transformation of business needs into functional specifications and user stories.

• Collaboration with the development team to define requirements for API integration. Documenting API requirements and participating in the testing process to ensure correct integration.

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to create intuitive and effective user interfaces.

• Preparation and maintenance of detailed requirements, specifications and process documentation.
