We are looking for a business analyst who broadcasts his ideas in the "need - solution - implementation" chain.

What professional skills are required?

• Understanding of Agile methodology processes.
• Understanding the stages of design thinking.
• Knowledge of the main phases and tools of user experience design.
• Ability to prioritize backlog and work with changes in it.
• Ability to research users and competitors.
• Ability to describe and coordinate project requirements.
• Planning and conducting User Research (interviews, testing).
• Ability to prepare project documentation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level.

What will you do?

• You will work on the technical documentation of the project.
• You will analyze market trends and research competitive solutions.
• You will ensure effective cooperation with project stakeholders.
• You will identify and coordinate with the client business requirements for the project.
• You will work closely with the development and design team.
• You will develop user scenarios and build the information architecture of solutions for the project.
• You will participate in brainstorms and testing of new methods on the project.

How is the onboarding process?

• The trial period is 3 months. During this time, we will familiarize you with our processes.
• We have no overtime and no micromanagement. We plan work in sprints with a discussion of tasks for a week.
• Our mentor Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for your onboarding.
• The result is important for us, we have formed goals and a development plan.
