In this position, you will identify the requirements and implement the most important components of our strategies, focusing on solutions implemented as special software, created in-house by DTEK engineers using modern technologies and advanced software development experience. You will have the opportunity to work in various areas that affect many aspects of the company, in addition to decisions that affect the entire enterprise, for example, HR service development projects. Tasks: Participation in projects/products, collection, analysis, identification of requirements, formation of Wiki and Backlog of the project/product. Skills: • 3+ years of experience in a business/functional/systems analyst role in a software development company, fintech company, bank or other. • Experience in SCRUM team, product development, FRD, BRD, SRS, Agile, User Story, Use Case, NFT, BPMN, SPRINT. • Experience in high-level requirements analysis for new product development. • Understanding concepts, tools, models, methodologies of business and system analysis. • Experience in requirements identification, analysis, documentation and implementation. • Ability to work on several projects at the same time. • Knowledge of SDLC. • Understand the principles of REST, SOAP. • Be able to read and write API development requirements. • To be able to work with Postman, SoapUI, and so on web services debugging testing tools. • Systemic thinking, teamwork, results orientation, organization of activities, communication. Education: • Higher education (specialist, master). Responsibilities: • Collection, identification and analysis of requirements. • Regular communication with external business stakeholders. • Creation of requirements specifications such as FRD, User Story, Use Cases, flowcharts, business processes, data flows, ERD. • Close cooperation with the development team by the product manager. • Creation of documentation such as user manuals. • Development of processes, procedures and requirements for integration with external systems (IPSP, SAP, external registers, external authorization services, etc.).
