We develop technically complex web projects in various business areas (medicine, tourism, e-commerce, various marketplaces and real estate, financial and banking). We have expertise in the domains of blockchain and fintech. So you can improve technically and grow professionally. Communicate directly with customers (customers from the USA, Europe, Australia).

Hard skills:
✔️ Commercial work experience in the position of IT Business Analyst from 2+ years ;
✔️ Spoken and written English from Upper-Intermediate and above. Experience of communication with foreign clients;
✔️ Excellent understanding of the SDLC model;
✔️ Experience writing SRS, Use Cases, User Stories from scratch;
✔️ Experience with Use Cases diagram, process diagram;
✔️ Ability to transform vague and unstructured information into clear requirements;
✔️ Knowledge of business analysis techniques/methodologies;
✔️ Experience with JIRA task management systems (updating tasks, assigning tasks to other specialists);
✔️ Effective and autonomous work (ability to work independently and solve complex issues);
✔️ Experience in Agile (SCRUM, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies;
✔️ Experience conducting discovery on projects from scratch;
✔️ Experience of participation in presale phases.

Will be a plus:
✔️ Experience in the fintech\blockchain domain.

What will need to be done:
✔️ Identification, collection and analysis of requirements from customers (functional and non-functional requirements);
✔️ Prioritization of requirements. Identifying requirements for architecture, integrations and databases;
✔️ Communication with all stakeholders, cooperation with designers, developers, testers, managers;
✔️ Business solution design;
✔️ Creation of detailed documentation, including process flow, Use Cases, User Stories;
✔️ Self-discovery of phases on projects;
✔️ Participation in project evaluation (discovery);
✔️ Conducting demos, presentations and meetings on projects at the discovery stage;
✔️ Maintenance and updating of project documentation during the life cycle of the project;
✔️ Determination of directions for process optimization and efficiency improvement;
✔️ Work with the team in the Delivery phase;
✔️ Analysis of existing documents and recommendations for improving processes, assistance in their implementation.
