Business Analyst for Casino Configuration Team EveryMatrix isseeking askilled and proactive Middle Business Analyst tojoin our team. The ideal candidate will beresponsible for managing projects related toConfiguration Team responsibilities, focusing onintegration with other departments and developing, improving processes. This role demands akeen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability towork effectively inafast-paced environment. Successful candidates will immerse themselves inthe company’s business while constantly providing guidance for the stakeholders and engineering team. The successful candidate will work inafast-paced, tight deadlines, highly rewarding Agile environment. Responsibilities: Collaborate with various departments toensure seamless integration ofprocesses and systems. Analyze and define requirements for configuration services, ensuring they align with Configuration Team objectives and processes. Work closely with project stakeholders togather and document requirements, and todevelop effective business solutions. Facilitate communication between technical teams and other departments toensure aclear understanding and implementation ofrequirements. Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including process flows, functional specifications, and user stories. Participate inthe development and refinement ofbusiness processes and system improvements. Assist inthe monitoring and reporting ofproject progress, and inaddressing any issues that may arise. Requirements: Atleast 4years ofexperience asaBusiness Analyst, preferably inthe iGaming industry orarelated field. Strong ability tocreate and interpret UML diagrams and wireframes. Proficiency inpreparing and delivering presentations. Proficiency inJIRA tracking software. Solid understanding ofbusiness process and system requirement methodologies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Fluency inEnglish, both written and spoken. Ability towork effectively inateam and independently.
