Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• English С1 level.
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops and meetings.
• Demonstrated expertise in gathering and formalizing requirements.
• Proficiency in business process modeling tools and techniques, such as BPMN and Story Map.
• Experience in prioritizing features, user stories, and tasks based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer impact
• A higher education degree or certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively work with customers to understand their needs and priorities.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings, eliciting input and feedback from diverse teams.
• Take an active role in product scoping, prioritization, and planning sessions.
• Create clear product requirements and user stories.
• Manage the product backlog and ensure alignment with the organization’s strategic goals and objectives.
