Main responsibilities:

1. Collection and analysis of requirements: collection and analysis of requirements for of the IT product, its functions and services (communication with the product owner, business users, other interested parties who are representatives of the business units of the group of companies; identification of the main problem that needs to be solved; recording and analysis of the collected information).
2. Verification of requirements: analysis of requirements from customers (business requirements, stakeholder requirements) and verification of compliance with the basic necessary data on the description of tasks, sufficient to transfer the task to development teams, if necessary — additions.
3. Reconciliation (validation) of requirements: description of requirements for the IT product, its functions and services, criteria for readiness of this product and coordination with customers; presenting requirements to the IT team (verification of requirements).
4. Testing: conducting testing of changes and developed software for compliance with requirements
5. Documentation: preparing documentation for developed assets for direction of reporting for needs.
6. Cooperation with other departments and employees: implementation of projects and solving technical issues.
7. Cooperation with the Product Owner: provision of tactical product management issues and participation in prioritization and task setting, release planning; participation in maintaining the backlog of tasks: monitoring of statuses, suggestions for managing priorities, distribution of tasks.

Candidate requirements:

• Complete higher education.
• Experience from 2 years in a similar position.
• High level of mastery of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word).
• Possession of tools and techniques for describing business requirements (designing tasks in the format of a use story, use case or scenario, or another that will contain concise and understandable requirements and acceptance criteria).
• Understanding of the software product development cycle, the ability to decompose, evaluate tasks, establish dependencies and sequences
• Knowledge of the basic principles of building/modeling processes in BPMN notation.
• Experience in using Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Skills in working with Trello or Jira task trackers.
