Requirements:

• ability to form and write Use Case, Test Case, User Story, understand that /what for/when it is used;
• ability to model the process in UML/BPMN/DMN notation;
• orientate in the technologies used by the company (front-back-API-gateway-bus, JSON/XML at the level of "what is it and why", a basic understanding of IT architecture);
• ability to search for information (including Googling, GPT sewing);
• ability to structure information , received from the customer or contractor, create a task description and documentation according to the context of use;
• management skills (planning, staging, coordination, control, task assistance, resource management), business thinking;
• li>systematicity (the ability to see how solving a problem helps to solve related problems, and does not create new ones);
• constructive communication (the ability to convey one's opinion, communicate difficult situations without unnecessary emotions, business-first approach)

Your duties will include the following:

• interaction with clients and users to collect and describe requirements and validate solutions;
• discovery of solution communication channels;
• interaction with developers;

• work on setting tasks (Requirements Analysis and Documentation) and implementation strategy;
• organization and holding of meetings;
• preparation of reports;
• testing of completed works on compliance with business requirements and their impact on existing functionality;
• participation in the description of documentation for customers
