Main Responsibilities:

1. Collection and analysis of requirements: collection and analysis of requirements for the IT product, its functions and services (communication with the product owner, business users, other interested parties who are representatives of the business units of the group of companies; identification of the main problem that needs a solution; recording and analysis of collected information).
2. Requirements verification:analysis of requirements from customers (business requirements, stakeholder requirements) and verification of compliance with basic requirements data on the description of the tasks, sufficient to transfer the task to the work of development teams, if necessary - additions.
3. Reconciliation (validation) of requirements: description of requirements to the IT product, its functions and services, the readiness criteria of this product and coordination with customers; presentation of requirements to the IT team (verification of requirements).
4. Testing:testing of implemented changes and developed software for compliance with requirements
5. Documentation:preparation of documentation on developed assets for reporting direction as needed.
6. Cooperation with other departments and employees: implementation of projects and solving technical issues.
7. Cooperation with Product Owner:providing tactical issues product management and participation in prioritization and task setting, release planning; participation in maintaining the backlog of tasks: monitoring of statuses, proposals for managing priorities, distribution of tasks.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Full higher education.
• Experience from 2 years in a similar position.
• High level of proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word).
• Proficiency in tools and techniques for describing business requirements (designing tasks in the format use story, use case or scenarios, or other that will contain concise and understandable requirements and acceptance criteria).
• Understanding the development cycle of a software product, the ability to decompose, evaluate tasks, establish dependencies and sequences li>Knowledge of the basic principles of building/modeling processes in BPMN notation.
• Experience in applying the Agile/S methodologycrum.
• Skills in working with Trello or Jira task trackers.
