Our team consists of more than 130 people.IF YOU AREHaving 5+ years of experience in a BI, or Analytics positionExperienced with visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or SisenseShowing at least 5 years of maintaining effective relationships with cross-functional partners and influence as neededDemonstrating 5+ years of experience with data architecture and data modelingHolding a Bachelor’s, or higher degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or any related fieldLeveraging data to connect the dots, and create impactful insights using reports visualizations, and analytical skillsUnderstanding reporting tools and visualization techniquesDemonstrating knowledge of database querying experience (SQL / No-SQL)Having Upper-intermediate English level (both spoken and written)Excellent in communication skills both verbally and in writing to senior ManagementCreating effective relationships and partnerships throughout the organizationAble to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines (as an advantage)Focus on the customers’ needs and to meet and exceed their expectations (nice-to-have knowledge)Passionate for results. Setting aspirational goals and working towards success by meeting goals (as a perk)AND YOU WANT TOOversee or aid in the oversight of the design, development, and maintenance of various reporting & analytical solutionsGo beyond descriptive and diagnostic and collaborate with the Data Science organization to infuse predictive and prescriptive actionable insightFocus on design thinking and UI/UX to ensure insight is as digestible and optimized for consumptionWork with the BI developers on staff to coordinate efforts for delivering the right solutions at the right time.
