Middle Back-end Developer (React + Node.js) in DiFreight LLC

Hello! Difreight is an international logistics company looking forMiddle Back-end Developer (React + Node.js). We are engaged in international transportation in the direction of China Ukraine, Ukraine - America, Ukraine - Europe.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a Team Lead who will form and coordinate the work of the team on the way to creating and software product support. Will ensure high quality of work, manage the development process.

We are forming an IT department in the structure of a logistics company to develop and support software products for internal use (transportation management ) and the client's office. The project has been in production for about a year.

Responsibilities of the candidate:

• Accepting code from previous development team. Study of functional requirements, documentation, continuation of work with existing products.
• Organization of team work according to the requirements provided by the project manager. Task allocation and prioritization to achieve project goals. Team management, development and training of team members.
• Reporting on development progress and results. Interact with other company departments to ensure development meets business needs.
• Participate in the development process, including code writing, architectural design, and code review. Ensuring code compliance with internal standards and best practices.
• Collaboration in a team with PM, UI/UX designer, senior management in the direction of strategic IT product planning. Implementation of new technologies and tools.
• Implementation of testing processes to ensure high quality products. Learning and applying best practices in the field of testing.

Requirements for the candidate :

• Experience in software development and management of the development team and the position of Team Lead from 2 years;< /li>
• Sure knowledge of Node.js; React,
• Ability to make strategic decisions and look for solutions to problematic issues.
• Ability to effectively communicate and cooperate in a team environment.
• Adequate attitude to change strategy and amendments .
• Willingness to work in the company office
