Requirements
— Expertise in eliciting, analyzing, specifying, and validating business, user, and system requirements.
— Experience in prioritizing features, user stories, and tasks based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer impact
— Experienced in working with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
— Familiarity with software development life cycles (SDLC) and the ability to work closely with development teams.
— Comfortable and able to adapt to changing circumstances in a dynamic environment.
— Keen interest in continuous learning and professional development in the field of business analysis and requirements engineering.
— Attention to Detail: Meticulous in reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of requirements & documentation
— Technical Proficiency: Strong technical background with the ability to understand and interpret API documentation
— Facilitation Skills: Comfortable leading workshops and meetings with the team to gather and clarify requirements
— Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities with a hands-on approach to getting tasks done
— Proactive Mindset: Able to think ahead, anticipate challenges, and take initiative to address them

Responsibilities
— Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, including end-users, managers, and executives. Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications
— Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams. Collaborate with technology teams to design innovative and practical solutions that meet business needs.
— Create detailed documentation including business requirements, specifications, flowcharts, use cases, and user stories. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
— Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of implemented solutions. Ensure that delivered solutions meet the specified requirements and identify areas for improvement.
— Take an active role in product scoping, prioritization, and planning sessions.Manage the product backlog and ensure alignment with the organization’s strategic goals and objectives.
