Our first product is an anti-procrastination app. We provide users with all the necessary information so that they can better understand their problems. We also give them the tools to solve them. We launched this direction at the beginning of the year and confirmed its success—we found a unit economy and are actively scaling up to the size of a large business. We already have an engineering team and are looking for reinforcements, so you will have a skill mentor. Android Developer roles are waiting for you: The opportunity to participate in the design stage of application components and to influence the architecture, as we actively develop new features; Designing a modular architecture that is easily maintained, scalable, meets all business requirements; Experience of the full development cycle — from writing an application from scratch to releasing it on Google Play and tracking "vital" metrics; Active participation in process improvement, technology stack, pre-development approaches. The opportunity to develop together with strong colleagues What is important to us: 2+ years of experience working with Android; SOLID/DRY/YAGNI/KISS—it is not easy to understand theoretically and use in practice; knowledge of Kotlin, Android SDK, their capabilities and limitations; understanding of the most popular architectural solutions: MVP, MVVM, MVI, Clean Architecture; ability to work with Jetpack Compose; understanding of Application Components Lifecycle; understanding the principles of design and creating custom View animations; understanding of network interaction, self-motivation with a proactive approach to solving problems and learning new technologies or solutions to improve product development; the desire to learn and adapt to modern technologies, tools and methodologies in development; In addition to businesses, we are developing the SKELAR foundation from the employees of our venture builder to support the Armed Forces.
