Middle Analyst in Galaktica

We are the Ukrainian product IT company Galaktica, which has been successfully creating and promoting its online projects on the global market for over 4 years. During this time, we have released more than 20 different products with millions of users.

Our goal is to create an IT holding, the core of which will be a studio of IT startups in synergy with a strong marketing unit that will create world-class products.

Currently, we are actively investing in scaling our own full-cycle marketing agency and in connection with this we are looking for a top Middle Analyst, who will grow with us not only professionally, but also may become the head of the department.

As part of working on projects, your goals will be:

• Develop BI: create automated reporting in Tableau, set up data collection from the CRM system (we use Planfix) and other sources, develop automatic data processing pipelines;
• Collect, process and prepare data for analysis, ensure their integrity and reliability, including setting up the automation of these processes;
• Build a data structure, form data transformation and validation ;

• Create new and maintain old reporting forms in the CRM system.

According to what criteria you suit us:

• You have experience in data management (databases, data storage systems, data cleaning) from 2 years;
• High level of SQL proficiency (MySQL , PostgreSQL), Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, connection of data from other sources);
• Experience in working with BI tools;

• Had experience setting up the integration of CRM systems with third-party systems.

It will be a plus, but not necessary:

• Proficient in Python analytical packages;
• Analyzed data to identify reasons for deviations in business metrics, as well as to optimize activities;
• Have experience in Planfix and know how to configure it.
