At this point, Zelh is looking for a team-oriented Middle Accountant/Bookkeeper with strong AP & AR experience.

Essential job functions required:

• Maintaining records of assets and liabilities.
• Updating accounts payable.
• Assisting in balancing sheets and income statements.
• Assisting with reviewing income and expenses.
• Preparing regular reports.
• Assisting with other accounting-related duties.
• Working with the Accounting team in the US-based company
• Will be under the direct supervision of the Head of Accounting Manager.

Working conditions:

• Schedule: 15.00 pm — 00.00 am

Job requirements:

• At least an Upper-Intermediate Level of Englishis a MUST
• 2 years+of experience in the Accounting industry
• Attention to detail
• Quick Learner
• High educational qualification
• Good organizational abilities
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Knowledge of accounting and financial reporting competencies
• Proficiency in MS Office and competency in computer software (e.g. SAP, Quickbooks, etc)

Minimum requirements:

• Proficiency in QuickBooks will be an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must
• Knowledge of accounting in the US/Canadian market will be an advantage
• Complete higher education in the relevant field of study (Master, Specialist)
• Work experience of at least 2 years in the position of Accountant
• Knowledge of the English language is mandatory (Upper-Intermediate/ Advanced Level). This involves good reading, pronunciation and English grammar.

Basic functional duties:

• Processing payments
• Managing financial operations
• Maintenance of records in the accounting system
• Maintenance of debits and credits
• Maintenance of full-fledged accounting and bookkeeping
• Entry and analysis of accounting
< li>Bank reconciliation
• Closing monthly statements
• Maintaining client database
• Other projects/tasks as assigned by the US/Ukraine accounting manager.
