Middle Account Manager / Partnership Manager( Boston, Massachusetts)

Important! Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States (native American or a person who lives in the US for a long period of time, can speak fluently and understand the peculiarities of local communication).

Requirements:

  • Min. 2 years of experience in project management, business development, account management, or partnership management in IT outsourcing (mandatory);
  • In-depth understanding of the IT market in the US, including outsourcing and outstaffing models;
  • Proven experience of working with enterprises;
  • Experience of working with remote teams;
  • Familiarity with documents such as NDA, SLA, SoW, Consulting Agreements, etc;
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Proficient in delivering presentations;
  • Active, independent, and proactive approach.

Nice to have:

  • Experience participating in live business negotiations, road shows, and conferences;
  • Knowledge of warm calling best practices.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a direct representative of ElifTech, promoting brand awareness;
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions with the Delivery Department;
  • Conduct live meetings with the business stakeholders and decision makers;
  • Manage client expectations and address client objections;
  • Identify new partnership opportunities;
  • Participate in status meetings with clients;
  • Represent the company to customers, departments, and other stakeholders as required.

English level: Advanced / Native

Allocation: Long-term / Full Time or Part-Time
