For the Euvic team "Modest above all" we are looking for a Mid UX/UI Designer who will support a 7-person design team in their daily work.
"Modest above all" is a team of about 100 people currently implementing projects in most leading technologies for almost all industries. They carry out a number of tasks from the development of mobile applications created natively and hybrid (Flutter, React Native), through web applications (React, Svelte, Angular), large backend systems operating using a microservices approach in the cloud (.NET, Node, GO, AWS, Azure , GCP) ending with artificial intelligence (machine learning, computer vision).
The family and friendly atmosphere of the team makes people who quit their jobs come back even after a year. Their daily bread is working in an agile environment (Scrum, Kanban), which is why they try to put customers' needs first and cooperate with them in the closest possible relationship.
Working hours: 8:00-16:00 (+/- 2 hours, flexible depending on project needs)
Working mode: remotely (readiness to come to the office in Gliwice and on business trips to the client)
Recruitment process: 60-minute interview with Michał, our Head of Design, held in English.
Mandatory:
- Minimum 3 years of commercial experience as a UX/UI Designer,
- ability to independently conduct workshops with clients,
- very good knowledge of Figma (or other design tool) ,
- communication skills, proactivity and pro-customer attitude in everyday work,
- knowledge of English at C1 level (experience in working in international teams).
Welcome:
- Experience in working with clients from various industries,
- basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript ),
- knowledge of usability testing and UX research methodology.
