Mid-to-Senior Business Analyst in Bachoo Design Studio

We offer end-to-end website creation, from analysis to design, development, deployment, QA, and support. We seek someone who will eagerly take on new business ventures, grasp the task, outline the Scope of Work, draft Product Requirements, and verify that the deliverables meet the requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, document, and prioritize the requirements of stakeholders.
• Produce and maintain comprehensive BRD, SRS, FRS, and other technical documentation.
• Lead product development from initial stages through to completion.
• Develop new functionalities from inception.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement the best Business Analysis and API integration practices.
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and clear communication.
• Manage risk by identifying potential issues and creating mitigation strategies.
• Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends and innovations.

• Some pre-sale activities can be added.

   

Requirements:

• Advanced English is a must.
• Minimum two years of experience in business analysis.
• Experience with digital products from concept to MVP deployment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with API integrations and knowledge of web technology, including back-end, front-end, and cloud architecture.
• Experience with BPMN and UML methodologies.
• Familiarity with workshopping frameworks (User journey, Emotional journey, Prioritization, Gathering requirements).
• Consistent vision of product development cycles.
• Experience with SCRUM methodology.

• Experience with pre-sale would be a plus.

   

Typical Projects:

• Product design and development: encompassing product audits, improvements for existing projects, and creating new products from scratch.

• Website design and development: from simple landing pages to complex web services and corporate websites.

   

Strategic Tasks:

• Launch new solutions based on market needs.
• Conduct market analysis to determine strategic focus.
