SKILLS & EXPERIENCES YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB DONE

• min. 4+ years of experience as a Data Engineer
• experience in one of the following languages: Python, Scala, Java, C#
• strong experience in relational and non-relational databases: SQL, SQL Server, noSQL
• ideally experience in Azure (Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL)
• strong analytical and problem solving skills
• experience working in Agile
• knowledge about SDLC/Devops way of working
• great communication skills in English (both spoken and written)
• Bachelor or Master Degree in the relevant topic

,[You will work on Tier 1 Financial Services projects to support the evolution of several applications to deliver first-in-class, cloud-based platform, You'll work on Azure cloud with international team and share best practices around data engineering, You'll be part of the Capco Poland Data Engineering team with a possibility of long cooperation with top global banks, Design, build and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes on the on-prem and Azure cloud platform, Develop and implement data models, schemas and databases for storing and processing large volumes of data, Collaborate with datascientists and analysts to understand data requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs, Optimize data storage, retrieval and processing for performance and scalability, Monitor and troubleshoot data infrastructure to ensure reliability, availability and security., Implement data governance and compliance policies to ensure data integrity and privacy., Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in data engineering and Azure services.]
