To Qualify for the Role, You Should Have:

• At least 2 years of experience in software testing.
• Proficiency in defining test scenarios, creating test cases, and preparing test data.
• Experience with SQL and integration testing.
• Familiarity with test management tools (Jira/Azure DevOps).
• Solid understanding of various project methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Ability to manage your own daily tasks and report progress to the team.
• Strong English skills (B2+ level) for communication with global teams.
• A consulting mindset, focused on problem-solving, delivering tailored solutions, and building long-term client relationships.
• Willingness to occasionally travel to client locations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the Financial or Insurance sectors.
• Knowledge of German and/or French.
• ISTQB certification.
