Currently we are looking for Mid Infrastructure Administrator - Storage to join our Foundation Platform team.

The Infrastructure Administrator is responsible for assisting with implementing monitoring configuring troubleshooting and maintaining the Hyland Cloud Infrastructure.

• Good command of English; min. B2 level
• Experience in systems administration
• Experience with: file servers, file transferring and monitoring, and systems management (Windows or Linux)
• Experience with Microsoft Windows network environments, including Microsoft Active Directory
• Experience with cloud technologies ; AWS/Azure or similar experience
• Experience with virtualization technology
• Knowledge of Dell, IBM, Cisco and/or HP server hardware
• Good understanding of file and block-storage
• Speak or write with ease, clarity and impact, using a communication style appropriate to the subject and the audience
• Demonstrated ability to write concise, logical, grammatically correct documentation
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Attentive to detail, as demonstrated by regularly verifying all work thoroughly to ensure accuracy
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects to completion
• Strong collaborative skills, applied successfully within team as well as with other areas
• Ability to work outside of normal business hours (evenings, weekends, etc.) - due to on-call duty rotation 
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job

Nice To Have:

• Prior NetApp Experience or other storage technology like PureStorage, NetApp, EMC
• Experience with ticketing systems such as Service Now, Saleforce (Cadalys), etc.
