Location: Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid Work Model – 2 Days Work From Office and rest 3 Days Work From Home every week.)

Language Proficiency: German – Mandatory & English

Mode Of Employment: B2B (Preferred) and Permanent

Payrate – If Contract then payrate will be around 150 PLN/Hour and If Permanent then around 17,000 PLN/Month (Gross)

• MB200: Microsoft Power Platform Dynamics 365 Core certification
• MB400: Microsoft Power Apps Dynamics 365 Developer certification
• MB600/PL600: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Power Platform Solution Architect certification
• 8-10 years of Power Platform and Dynamics Development experience

,[Implement customization and configuration, set up environments, and CI/CD pipelines fordeployment through Azure DevOps, Implement complex security requirements, Provide advanced technical support as an L3 Support Specialist, handling escalated issues and performing in-depth troubleshooting, Investigate and resolve escalated technical issues related to Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automation, User Management, Environment Management, and Platform Administration monitoring, Collaborate with senior support personnel, peers, and development teams to address complex technical challenges and ensure timely issue resolution within established SLAs, Maintain an in-depth understanding of Power Platform applications, architecture, and integration points, Stay updated on product updates, patches, and best practices to provide accurate guidance, Analyze recurring issues, system errors, and performance bottlenecks to identify underlying patterns and trends, Contribute to creating and enhancing technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles, Share expertise and best practices with the support team to improve overall competency, Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including development, infrastructure, and business units, Participate in meetings and discussions to share insights and drive continuous improvement initiatives, Ensure changes adhere to established change management processes and compliance requirements, Provide ongoing support and guidance on complex system configurations and customizations]
