We are expanding our team, so we are currently looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant (CRM)

What will you do

• Automation of business processes of divisions by improving, creating and implementing a CRM information system
• Management of requirements: collection, analysis, formalization, coordination, change and documentation of requirements for the system
• Interaction with customers and experts in subject areas
• Development of the technical task, setting tasks and designing information technologies
• Building models, algorithms, prototypes of the information system
• Design and development of databases, software, technical and organizational support of information systems

About you

• Experience of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant from 2 years
• Experience in designing, implementing and implementing systems based on MS Dynamics CRM (Sales, Marketing), MS PowerApps (Model-Driven, Canvas), as well as their integration with other systems
• Experience in collecting, formalizing and coordinating requirements, configuring system components (entities, rules, forms, roles, etc.), describing tasks for the developer, training users
• Level of English language proficiency B1
