Microsoft 365 Implementation Analyst/Consultant in SMART business

SMART business, a leading partner of Microsoft in Ukraine, Georgia and Azerbaijan, is looking for a talented Microsoft 365 Product Consultant, who will be able to help our customers unlock the full potential of Microsoft cloud solutions.

This role will give you a unique opportunity to combine your analytical skills, technical knowledge and deep understanding of business processes. You will be a key link between business and IT, helping our customers optimize their operations, improve productivity and achieve strategic goals using Microsoft 365 tools.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Conducting interviews with business customers to detail their requirements
• Modeling business processes and describing user scenarios using notations BPMN/UML/IDEF0
• Setting tasks for developers to implement functionality
• Preparation and conducting of presentations, webinars and workshops on Microsoft 365 products
• Training and advising key client users on platform capabilities
• Configuring modules and product functionality using standard Microsoft 365 tools
• Advising clients on licensing schemes for Microsoft 365, Power Platform and other SMART business products
• Preparation of documentation, release notes and change log for customers
• Conducting end-to-end testing of solutions

We are looking for candidates with:

• 3 years of experience as an analyst or consultant in the IT industry
• Understanding the methodology of business analysis and the life cycle of IT products
• Experience in analyzing requirements, developing technical documentation and conducting presentations
• Knowledge of key concepts and methodologies of business analysis (BABOK) - desirable
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform products - preferred
• Fluency in English. Knowledge of Polish, Spanish or German will be an advantage
