Your Responsibilities: Development and implementation ofsolutions within the Microsoft 365Suite, including Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and OneDrive. Management and support ofthe Microsoft 365tenants, including user, license, and service management. Collaboration withIT and business teams tomaximize the use ofMicrosoft 365 tools and improve business processes. Planning and execution ofmigration projects within the M365environment, e.g., from on-premises toExchange Online. Ensuring compliance and security within the M365 tenants using tools such asCompliance Center and Security Center. Automation ofadministrative tasks using PowerShell, Graph API, and other tools. Conducting training sessions and workshops for end users andIT teams onbest practices and optimal use ofM365tools. Troubleshooting and support for Microsoft 365-related inquiries and issues. Your Profile: Degree inComputer Science, Engineering, orarelated field. 3- 5years ofexperience with Microsoft 365 products and services. In-depth knowledge ofM365 services such asTeams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and OneDrive. Experience with Microsoft Power Platform. Experience with M365 administration tools and scripts, especially PowerShell. Microsoft 365 certifications are advantageous (e.g., Microsoft 365Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert). Team-oriented with the ability towork independently and find innovative solutions. Analytical thinking and the ability toefficiently solve technical challenges. Commitment tocontinuous learning inthe constantly evolving M365environment. Strong communication skills inEnglish, both orally and inwriting. Would beaplus ifyou know German.
