Ukrainian network for children's rights (hereinafter - UMPD)was created to consolidate efforts and improve coordination between civil society organizations in Ukraine and their influence on state policy in the field of ensuring children's rights.
p>Task: increasing the quality ofpsychological assistance provided< /strong>project psychologists, professional support of project psychologists and prevention of their professional burnout.Responsibilities:
- provide consultation and supervision individual and group sessions to project psychologists in online and face-to-face formats to ensure quality psychological assistance to families and children who have been returned on deportation and TOT;
- conducting training sessions to combat burnout of specialists;
- participation in project meetings for planning activities and applying the best results from professional experience;
- preparation of detailed reports based on the results of supervisions (individual and group) in accordance with the form agreed with the Customer and in accordance with the standards of protection of personal data of the beneficiaries and in compliance with ethical norms regarding the work of supervisors.
Requirements for the candidate:
- complete higher education in the field of training "Psychology" (master's degree);
- professional experience in psychological work of 5 years;
- experience of supervisory practice in the field of psychosocial support — from 2 years;
- regular improvement of professional skills and qualifications, availability of training certificates for supervisors;
- empathy, flexibility in thinking and decision-making, readiness for interaction and cooperation with staff and beneficiaries;
- awareness in the field of child rights protection and social work;
- experience in the sector of non-governmental organizations;

- ability to work in a team, the ability to establish contact with other colleagues and coordinate joint tasks;
- reliability and confidentiality;
- readiness for business trips;
- ability to work with databases, prepare reporting documents;
- fluency in the Ukrainian language.
Working conditions:
- UMPD concludes a contract for the provision of services with a natural person-entrepreneur of the 3rd group;
- partly remote work: work online, work in the office, business trips around Ukraine;
