Responsibilities: organizes and ensures timely calibration (verification) of METs, METs and attestation of test equipment in the established field of attestation; participates in the introduction of new measuring equipment, makes suggestions to plans for metrological support of production and to plans of organizational and technical measures to improve metrological support, means and of measurement methods; compiles and establishes the periodicity of calibration (verifications) of VT, NZVT and develops calendar schedules for their implementation with the approval of DorTSCM and submitted to the territorial bodies of the State Consumer Standard; carries out quality control of metrological works in the established field of KL certification in accordance with the "Quality Guidelines" participates in the implementation of state and industry standards, enterprise standards and other regulatory documents that regulate the accuracy of measurements; prepares reports on the implementation of plans for metrological support of production; participates in the development and approval of standards and other regulatory documents on metrology issues; determines the needs of the company's divisions in measuring instruments, prepares consolidated applications for their purchase; assists employees of Derzhspozhivstandard and BOM specialists of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine on railway transport — DorTSCM in their implementation of state and metrological supervision; carries out mandatory control over the condition and correctness of the use of measuring instruments, technical acceptance of measuring instruments , which are received by the enterprise; fulfills the instructions, prescriptions, and requirements of the controlling and higher management bodies within the established deadlines.
