We are looking for our team: Methodologist / Project Manager

  
Functional duties:

• Responsibility for the full cycle of course creation - from ideas for the finished product.
• Cooperation with the author of the course: help in structuring materials, preparation for filming.
• Coordination of the work of the filming team (cameraman, editor, animation designer, author of the course).
• Organization of shooting processes: planning, timing, control of deadlines.
• Interaction with the marketing team to adapt materials for advertising purposes.
• Control versioning and timely submission of results.

Main requirements:

• 2+ Experience in the field of project management / training course methodology.
• Understanding the process of creating educational and marketing content.
• Communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work with deadlines, structured planning tasks.
• Critical thinking, attention to detail, responsibility.

Would be an advantage:

• Experience in EdTech, media or digital projects.
• Knowledge of modern teaching methods and e-learning tools.
• Experience with task organization systems (Jira, Trello, Asana).
