Now we are looking for a methodologist-producer who knows how to combine training and marketing. We need a person who thinks in terms of the product: understands the audience, knows how to structure the material and sees the final result. It is important that you are interested in working with speeches, YouTube and mini-courses and turn them into understandable and systematic tools for brand development and sales.

What we expect from you

  • Experience in the development of educational products, methodology or educational content (experience in the niche of business education will be an advantage).
  • Skill of conducting interviews with an expert to collect facts, cases and methodology.
  • Ability to structure large volumes of information and transform them into specific formats: articles, videos, presentations, lessons.
  • Experience of writing scripts for video content (YouTube, short videos) and preparing the structure of public speeches or webinars.
  • Understanding the functions of marketing tools: why lead magnets, tripwires, warm-up mini-courses and webinars are needed.
  • Copywriting skills: the ability to write clear, logical and structured texts.
  • Ability to work according to the brief from the customer (marketing department) and adhere deadlines.


Main tasks

  • Development of educational and product content based on briefs from the marketing department.
  • Creation of structure and text content for incoming products (frontend): lead magnets, free marathons, mini-courses, intensives.
  • Writing scripts for videos on the YouTube channel and other platforms.
  • Preparation of structure, logic and materials (presentations) for public speeches and webinars of the expert.
  • Systematic collection of information from the expert and its translation into a text or visual format for further use by the marketing department.
  • Adaptation of materials into short content units to attract the audience.
  • Transfer of finished materials to the marketing team for integration into funnels and advertising campaigns.
