About the role

We are lookingOperations Project ManagerThis is a practical role for a specialist, who knows how to combine methodology, process thinking and project management — from the development of internal documents to the launch of products and automation of procedures.

The position involves close interaction with IT, the operational department, risks, compliance and company management.

Development and internal documents regarding financial products (product passport, parameters, guides).

Implementation of products and changes:

• Preparation of technical tasks for IT regarding the launch or improvement of products/processes.

• Coordination of interaction with internal and external IT teams.

• Organization and documentation of testing of new settings, products and services.

• Development of instructions for users and training materials.

Support and control:

• Inventory and analysis of the relevance of implemented settings and processes.

• Participation in automation and optimization projects of operational activity

• Preparation of reports for management bodies.

• Participation in the implementation of additional control measures (PVC/FT, protection of personal data, limits and restrictions).

3+ years of experience in a financial company or operations.
