Cooperation with teachers and creation of methodological materials for teachers, including tests , assignments, summaries, educational projects and video lectures. Conducting an analysis of the effectiveness of educational programs and assessing the quality of conducting lessons in accordance with the school methodology, making the necessary corrections. Organization and conduct of trainings and certifications of teachers on the effective use of educational programs. Development and implementation of innovative approaches to education , which contribute to a deeper assimilation of the material by students. What is important for us in a candidate: Higher education in the field of pedagogy or related fields. Experience in the field of education, in the development of training programs or methodology (from 2 years). Understanding of modern educational technologies and teaching methods. Mastery of techniques and tools for teaching children. Ability to work in a team and high organization. Mastery of Ukrainian and (preferably) English languages ​​(for using the latest technologies and tools in education). We offer: Guaranteed rate 20,000 — 25,000 UAH. (depending on your experience).
