Methodologist (Information Technologies) in EVO

The service is part of the EVO-Rozetka ecosystem, which unites the most famous marketplaces in the country. Our products are already used by Rozetka, Prom, Bigl, Shafa, Vchasno, Volonter by Prom, Vodafone, Robota.ua, Yakaboo and other platforms.

We develop a payment infrastructure that supports the economy every day - from small businesses to large companies. We are currently looking for an Information Technology (IT) Process Methodologist at the Payment Institution who will help make our processes transparent, understandable and efficient.

What is expected of this role:

• Document and describe the IT business processes at the Payment Institution so that all participants understood their roles, actions and areas of responsibility (including describing the functionality of the Payment Institution's information systems).
• Develop and update internal documents in the field of IT: policies, regulations, procedures, instructions, flow charts and process descriptions, etc. (including internal documents of the technological operator of payment services).
• Participation in the implementation in the Payment Institution of the norms of NBU Resolution No. 99 from 08/25/2025 "On the approval of the Regulation on the procedure for the application of cloud computing technology".
• Keep documents up-to-date, taking into account changes in legislation, internal processes and/or the appearance of new products.
• Cooperate with IS, IT, compliance, legal and risk teams in the process of preparing internal documents and their approval.
• Help build a clear system of internal process control: identify key points control, create clear interaction procedures during the implementation of control measures.
• Provide methodological support to colleagues regarding the description of processes, development of internal documents in accordance with the procedure established by the Payment Institution.

What is important:

• Work experience at a bank or non-bank financial service providers for at least 3 years in the direction of documenting business processes, in the methodology department, in the information technology/information security department.

• Knowledge of the regulatory requirements of the National Bank of Ukraine and Ukrainian legislation in the field of IT and IS of non-bank financial payment service providers.

• Experience in developing/supporting internal documents - policies, regulations, procedures, regulations.

• Understanding the principles of building and functioning of processes in the field of IT and IS.

• Ability to structure processes, define roles, areas of responsibility and control points.

• Analytical thinking, ability to formulate clear and understandable texts.

• Attentionattention to detail and system vision.

• Ability to work in a team with process owners during their construction/description/changes.

• Ability to adhere to deadlines when completing assigned tasks.

Will be a plus:

• Work experience in a payment institution

• Understanding international standards in the field of information security (PCI DSS, ISO).

• Experience in methodological support of IT or IS teams.
