We are constantly developing and looking for a talented Meta Ads Media Buyer to join the team, who will help us enter new markets and effectively use Meta advertising opportunities (Facebook and Instagram).

Your duties will include:

• Adjustment and optimization of advertising campaigns in Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
• Planning and managing the advertising budget to achieve optimal results.
• Conducting experiments and testing new hypotheses to increase the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Generation of ideas for creatives, promotions and funnels that attract the target audience.
• Preparation of reports and analysis of results for continuous improvement of advertising strategies.
• Subordination to the Director of of marketing and his assistant.
• Working through Slack and managing tasks in the built-in task tracker.
• < b style="font-weight: 700">Using TripleWhale's end-to-end analytics to track and optimize results.

It is important for us that you have:

• Minimum one year of practical experience in media buying with an emphasis on Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
• Ability to analyze information, results, metrics: Understanding how to optimize CPA to maximize net profit This means you have a good understanding of CTR, CPL, CPI, CPA, CR, CAC, LTV, etcmetrics and know how to improve the effectiveness of campaigns in Meta Ads.
• Skills in working with web analytics tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics and others).
• Proficiency in English at the B2 level and mandatory knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian at a conversational level.
