Tasks and areas of influence:
In order to scale, we are looking for a responsible, effective Supplier Support Specialist.
- Communication with suppliers by phone, chat bot and e-mail to provide a quick and high-quality response to supplier inquiries.
- Explaining the terms of cooperation on the marketplace, preparing and providing the necessary information for successful sales.
- Consultation/crossell, help in setting up the office, connecting services, downloading content, processing orders, participating in promotions and other company services.
- Communication with other divisions of the company to solve the request\problems of the supplier.
- Working with CRM, VD and Excel tables: recording of statuses, notes, results of interactions to ensure transparency and control of the process of handling requests.
- Achieving established KPIs regarding quantitative and qualitative indicators of supplier support.
- Adhere to service standards and KPI performance within established deadlines;
- Maintain a positive customer experience through attentive, prompt and courteous service.
- Make calls according to department plans.
- Fluency in the Ukrainian language: literacy, fast typing, knowledge of Excel, clear formulation of thoughts.
- Proficient PC skills, ability to work in multiple windows/programs at the same time.
- Attention to details, the ability to quickly find information in the internal knowledge base.
- Emotional stability, the ability to remain calm in difficult or unexpected situations.
- Ability to work with a large amount of information and perform several tasks at the same time.
- Resistance to routine work, high responsibility.
- Willingness to learn, desire to develop in the field of e-commerce.
- Knowledge of XML/YML.
- Work experience in a similar position.
- Initiative, independence, ability to work with gpt chat.
