Requirements:

• Perfect knowledge of the basics of trade marketing, its principles, tasks and methods of promoting goods in retail.
• Methods of determining needs for the company's products, the procedure for developing prospective and current plans for promoting products in retail. 
by representatives of the company's developers on all work issues.
• Setting up the online generation of reports based on the collected analytical data of marketing characteristics in the FTA system.
• Constantly updating assortment matrices by networks.
• Development of standards for the presence of the assortment in retail outlets;
• Management of a team of merchandisers;
• Setting goals for merchandisers and monitoring them implementation;
• Organization and monitoring of prices for main competitors;
• Formation and training of a team of merchandisers;
• Development of planograms in accordance with the information received from KAM.
• Formation of a registry of planograms by networks;
• Control of product placement in accordance with company standards;
• Evaluation of the effectiveness of the work of merchandisers;
• Make suggestions for optimization planogram;
• Analysis of product placement of own TM and competitors;
• Formation of a photo report on product placement in TT and holding promotions;
• Organization and control of placement of advertising materials;
• Control of holding promotions;
