Mentor UI/UX Designer (Part-Time)

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated UI/UX Designer Mentor who is ready to help our talented professionals to develop in their careers. In this role, you will work with trainee and junior designers, providing them with the knowledge, resources and guidance they need to achieve their professional goals. With our previous mentor, the training process took about 7-12 hours per month.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to designers in developing their skills in UI/UX design.
• Assess the needs and training plans of each designer for an individual approach to development.
• Organize and carry out educational sessions, master classes, trainings and other training formats to increase the level of knowledge.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and transfer of best practices between team members.
• Provide high quality training and assistance in solving professional challenges.

Requirements:

• Experience of 3 years or more in the role of UI/UX designer.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively conduct training.
• Knowledge of modern UI/UX design tools and technologies.
• Willingness and ability to help others in their professional growth.
