We invite to our company a sales manager using the method of telephone communication.

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of the sales plan
• Conducting presentations to decision makers
• Strategic and tactical sales planning
• Analysis of sales results on a weekly basis
• Conclusion agreements in clinics with decision-makers (owners/directors of clinics), negotiations on terms of cooperation, presentation of company products, conclusion of agreements for the supply of goods to the clinic
• Establishment and maintenance of long-term partnerships within the framework of interaction with clients based on a joint business plan
• Conclusion of agreements with clients of the dental clinic channel, determination of sales conditions in accordance with company standards
• Implementation promotional activities
• Development of recommendations to increase customer sales.

Requirements:

• Education: higher
• Work experience: from 2 years in the field of FMCG, Pharma or Stomat sales (preferred)
• Skills for working on a PC with special software (1C, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Word. Basic knowledge of Photoshop)
• Qualities: competent and polite language, attention to customers, sociability, scrupulousness, purposefulness, analytical mindset, responsibility, decency, honesty.
