We are seeking passionate individuals to assist users in answering high-level questions about art as an asset class and help convert website users to active investors.This role is designed for someone who is passionate about sales, has the drive to excel in a start-up/fintech environment, and has experience going above and beyond for their customers. We would love a candidate with an interest in art, but certainly not required. Our ideal candidate has 2-3+ years of experience in a customer service or sales role.Responsibilities:~300 outbound calls per day to potential investorsAssisting in the day-to-day onboarding of new investorsSpeaking to the inner workings of Masterworks, explaining art as an asset classScheduling investor appointments with the Investment Advisor teamEffective follow-ups with investors who are lukewarm but not yet soldRequirements or Skill Sets:2-3+ years of sales experience1+ years of experience in financial services preferredStrong understanding of financial marketsStrong interest in selling alternative investmentsHighly organized, results-driven personalityExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAdditional Requirements:Must be able to work full timeMust be able to work remoteMust be able to work occasional flex hours (including weekends)Must be eligible to work in the US - no exceptionsBenefits at Masterworks:Free admission to art museums and galleriesHealth, dental, and vision coverage with FSA optionsPTO and 401kHappy hours, company outings, social clubs, and more!How does Masterworks think about compensation?This is a remote position open to candidates located in Alaska, Florida, Nevada, New Hampshire, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Washington, and Wyoming.The compensation range for the role is $26-31.5k annually. (Note: Additional opportunity to earn up to $2,500 in performance bonus monthly).
