We are currently looking for a medical trainer - a team player who can to make complex scientific material - simple and clear, loves competition and strives for victories together with sales teams.
Courage and responsibility are important to our team in actions. We are not afraid to make mistakes when drawing conclusions, so continuous development and success are inherent to us.
What would you like to see in your knowledge and skills:
- Experience as a coach, regional manager, or a medical advisor;
- Teaching skills and development of educational materials (from preparing presentations to creating compeinbooks) - at least 1 year of experience;
- Higher medical or pharmaceutical education; < li>Proficiency in Power Point, Canva, working with a text editor - Adobe Reader;
- Ability to work with search engines and electronic libraries/databases - PubMEd, ResearchGate, etc
- Knowledge of English languages (Intermediate);
- Good level of medical knowledge and knowledge in the field of pharmacy; knowledge in the field of clinical research;
- Responsibility, organization, empathy, communication, with leadership qualities; the ability to persuade and achieve agreement; ability to negotiate, work in a team;
- Readiness for business trips - 60% of working time

- Preparation and conducting of quarterly and annual assessment of product knowledge of managers from sales teams (testing, working with objections in the format of workshops,visits to doctors, etc.);
- Participation in conferences, congresses and seminars with the purpose of studying competitors, preparing educational materials, training and supporting sales teams.
