KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Joining the company as a Medical Trainer, you will play an important role in developing and organizing training of the medical team to increase the efficiency of the medical visit.

• Development of the system and plan of training of the medical team, based on the definition of educational goals aligned with the strategy of the brand/division
• Preparation of training tools and of information content
• Writing official specifications for each training course
• Managing the calendar of training sessions and conducting them
• Monitoring, evaluating training and reporting on its progress
• Implementation of the special project "Medical Business Academy"
• Close cooperation with the staff training unit
• Assessment of the team's training needs
• Constant improvement of the training and training system based on modern trends in the field of medicine

< strong>YOUR EXPERIENCE AND ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Medical/Pharmaceutical expert with practical experience as a medical trainer or in related healthcare positions
• Experience in implementing innovative methods of effective training
• You have in-depth knowledge of teaching methodologies, content development and training
• You have the ability to analyze large volumes of information, synthetically translate the main ideas and conclusions
• Easily establishes relationships in a team, knows how to argue and present your ideas
• Strong organizational skills for planning and coordinating training programs
• Knowledge and compliance with regulatory requirements for training
• A confident user of MS Office(Excel, Word, PPT, etc.)
• Ability to work in multitasking mode while meeting deadlines
• Above average English
