Medical staff training specialist (trainer) in DILA, Medichna laboratoriya

ML "Dila" is looking for a Specialist in the training of medical personnel/coach for the team. 

Main duties:

• Working with medical personnel;
• Training and conducting employee trainings;
• Providing feedback to managers, post-training support;
• Compiling programs of remote training;
• Creating presentations;
• Reporting.

Requirements:

• Education in the field of medicine, psychology, pedagogy. Completion of trainings for trainers;
• Experience of conducting communication trainings (working with the client, working with objections, stress management);
• Responsibility, stress resistance, attentiveness, structure, proactivity, flexibility, objectivity, literacy;
• Knowledge of the MS Office package.
