Medical representative (video visits) in Pro Pharma

Pharmaceutical company"Pro-Pharma" invites you to participate in the competition for the position of Medical Representative in the Khmelnytsky region.

This is not a classic "field" job. We offer a modern hybrid format:

• 90% of the time is remote work (video visits) that you spend from home.
• 10% of the time (about 2 days per month) are scheduled personal visits to key doctors in your region to build strong partnerships.

This vacancy will be a great opportunity for residents of the city and region, in particular for internally displaced persons currently living in Khmelnytskyi region and looking for stable work.

Requirement for medical or pharmaceutical education not mandatory. Our ideal candidate:

• Has developed communication skills (can listen, clearly express thoughts, persuade).
• Has literate language (Ukrainian).
• Quick learner and ready to learn new information.
• Confident with PC (MS Office, Zoom/Google Meet, CRM).

After during the trial period, your income increases and performance (quality and number of visits) directly converts into bonuses. With proper performance of duties, the amount will be much higher than the starting salary

Your key tasks:

• Promotion of the company's products among doctors, combining two formats:

1. Video visits (main work): Regular communication with the existing base of doctors and connecting new ones.
2. Personal visits (2 days/month): Conducting "field" visits to key specialists in the Khmelnytsky region.

• Learning information about the company's products (according to our training materials).
• Reporting in the CRM system on qualitative and quantitative indicators of work.
