Pharmaceutical company "Pro-Pharma" invites you to participate in the competition for the position of Medical Representative in the city of Chernivtsi and in the region.
This is not a classic "field" job. We offer a modern hybrid format:
90% of the time is remote work (video visits) that you spend from home.
10% of the time (about 2 days a month) are scheduled personal visits to key doctors in your region to build strong partnerships relations.
This vacancy will be a great opportunity for residents of the city and region, in particular for internally displaced persons who currently live in Chernivtsi and are looking for a stable job.
The requirement for a medical or pharmaceutical education is not mandatory. Our ideal candidate:
Has developed communication skills (can listen, clearly express thoughts, persuade).
Has a competent language (Ukrainian).
Learns quickly and is ready to learn new information.
Confidently speaks PC (MS Office, Zoom/Google Meet, CRM).

The rate for the trial period (3 months) is 33,000 UAH.
After the trial period, your income increases, and work efficiency (quality and number of visits) is directly converted into bonuses. With proper performance of duties, the amount will be much higher than the salary at the start

Your key tasks:
Promotion of the company's products among doctors, combining two formats:
Video visits (main work): Regular communication with the existing base of doctors and connecting new ones.
Personal visits (2 days/month): Conducting "field" visits to key specialists in Chernivtsi and the region.
Study of information about the company's products (according to our educational materialsus).
Reporting in the CRM system on qualitative and quantitative indicators of work.
