We are looking for a Medical Representative, a regional manager who will be responsible for the development of long-term partnership relations and the formation of loyalty to the clinic's services with partner doctors in Kyiv, Kyiv region. Requirements: medical or pharmaceutical education; experience of working as a medical manager in pharmaceutical companies, private laboratories or private clinics from the 1st year; experience of cooperation with doctors; possession of visit management skills; availability of a database of obstetrician-gynecologists, urologists , oncologists of the city of Kyiv, Kyiv region. — will be an advantage. Additional requirements: confident user of office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail), CRM; competent (spoken, written) Ukrainian language; driver's license category "B", experience driving a car (from 3- x years); having your own car (will be an advantage). Personal qualities: readiness for independent active learning; high level of sociability; proactive life position, result-oriented, goal-oriented; ability to effectively adapt to changes, high stress resistance. Tasks: formation and development of the base of partner doctors of the accountable territory; conducting regular visits to partner doctors of the accountable territory to build loyalty to the clinic's services among partner doctors; effective negotiations and presentations on the clinic's services; development of long-term partnership relations with partner doctors; planning of visits; monitoring of competitors; reporting in accordance with established deadlines; implementation of the sales plan; organization of round tables, conferences.
