Medical Projects Coordinator in Nova Ukraine

International Charitable FoundationNova Ukraine has been providing humanitarian aid to Ukraine for 10 years. Our team is working to ensure that every dollar of donations from American citizens and partners goes to help Ukraine through the implementation of projects and initiatives in the areas of medical care, education, infrastructure and energy, advocacy and culture, helping animals, evacuation, etc. During this time, we handed over humanitarian aid worth more than 100 million dollars.

Responsibilities:

1. Communication with partners: interaction with hospitals and medical team in the USA (Project Leads), organization of negotiations and creation of requests for charitable assistance.

2. Case management in the CRM system:

• collection and selection of the necessary documents for opening the case

• case creation and maintenance

• case progress monitoring

• < p>feedback with the medical facility

• payment control, interaction with warehouse

• delivery monitoring before deliverymay and its use by the final beneficiary

• closing the case and preparing the photo report

3. Documentary support: preparation and execution of acts of acceptance and transfer, contracts. Cooperation with accounting and lawyers to ensure full compliance with legal requirements.

Candidate requirements :

• higher education

• fluency in Ukrainian and English (preferred)

proven project management experience, preferably in the healthcare or non-profit sector

• desire to help others and support the organization's mission

• excellent organizational and communication skills

• knowledge of CRM systems and experience working with documentation

It will be a plus:

• experience in health care or charity

• ability to work with accounting and legal documents
