Medical Projects Coordinator at the charity organization Nova Ukraine

International Charitable Foundation Nova Ukraine has been systematically providing humanitarian aid to Ukraine for 10 years. Our team works to ensure that every dollar of donations from American citizens and partners goes to help Ukraine through the implementation of projects and initiatives in the areas of medical care, education, infrastructure and energy, advocacy and culture, animal assistance, evacuation, etc. During this time, we have provided humanitarian aid worth over 100 million dollars.

We are looking for a specialist for the position Coordinator of medical projects who is ready to be responsible for project management, communication with medical institutions, organization of logistics and control over the implementation of medical charitable initiatives.

Responsibilities:

1. Communication with partners: interaction with hospitals and the medical team in the USA (Project Leads), organizing negotiations and creating requests for charitable assistance.

2. Case management in the CRM system:

• collection and selection of necessary documents for case opening
• case creation and management
• case progress monitoring to the moment of approval
• feedback from the medical institution
• payment control, interaction with the warehouse
• monitoring of the delivery of care and its use by the final beneficiary
• li> closing the case and preparing a photo report

3. Documentary support: preparation and drawing up of acts of acceptance and transfer, contracts. Working with accounting and legal to ensure full compliance with legal requirements.

Requirements for the candidate:

• higher education
• fluency in Ukrainian and English (preferred)
• proven project management experience, preferably in the healthcare or non-profit sector
• desire to help others and support the mission of the organization
• excellent organizational and communication skills
• knowledge of CRM systems and experience working with documentation

Will be a plus:

• experience working in the field of healthcare or charity
• ability to work with accounting and legal documents
