Requirements: < /p>

• Knowledge and skills of organizing the work of a private medical practice; 
• Productive work experience of 3 years or more as a Chief Physician / Medical Director of a clinic;
• Higher medical education in "health care management" and "economics" is desirable; 
• Knowledge of legislation regulating the activities of medical institutions;

• Confident skills in the organization and control of the treatment process, treatment plans, medical documentation; 
• Knowledge and understanding of customer service standards;

Responsibilities:

• Regular management of the medical activities of the clinic; 
• Management of the quality management system; 
• Control over the maintenance of medical documentation and the fulfillment of licensing conditions;
• Evaluation of the qualifications of specialists; 
• Control of compliance with the requirements of internal protocols and treatment courses by all specialists of the clinic; 
• Control over compliance of employees of the institution with discipline and performance of their official duties; 
• Evaluation of the effectiveness of the medical staff according to key indicators; 
• Participation in personnel selection and placement; 
• Working with personnel: induction, adaptation control, organization of training, drawing up work schedules, non-material motivation, creation of a moral and psychological climate in a trusted clinic; 
• Formation and control of the work of the team for the provision of quality medical services; 
• Encouraging employees or imposing fines on them; 
• Ensuring uninterrupted operation of the clinic; 
• Optimization of processes within the clinic; 
• Creating a patient routing algorithm; 
• Managing budgets, monitoring the performance of financial indicators, responsibility for achieving commercial goals; 
• Issuance of orders and orders within the limits of their competence; 
• Management of the range of medical services in order to increase the efficiency of sales and development of the clinic; 
• Regular analysis of the market, competitive environment; 
• Pricing, sales forecasting; 
• Analysis of financial indicators in order to increase sales of the clinic and optimize the cost part; 
• Development of development strategy; 
• Submission of proposals for the expansion and improvement of medical services for consideration by top management;
• Control of the state of the material and technical base, medical and diagnostic equipment;
• Review and systematization complaints from customers, providing feedback, resolving conflict situations. 
• Interaction with counterparties: suppliersgoods and services, medical institutions, insurance and other companies. 
• Working with regulatory bodies. 
• Participation in conferences, forums, exhibitions;
