Participation in tenders;Coordinating the work of the team to create winning strategies for new clients, leading role in the defense of tenders;Effective interaction with other units of iProspect and the dentsu group to improve the quality of products and services for the agency's clients;Participation in the development of product solutions and services and the formation of the agency's business advantages, which will create additional value for clients and strengthen the agency in the competition;Development of the team's expertise in econometrics, media analysis, data will be an advantage;Participation in industry events, internal and external conferences, media space - recommended, but "on request".It is important for us:
- Experience in a similar position or Senior Strategist, Strategy Lead in full-media, digital agencies or in-house specialists with experience in agencies. Ideally, previous experience - media plein air, media researcher, media strategist;
- Understanding of the entire ecosystem of media tools with in-depth detailed understanding of digital tools (Meta, Google, GMP, OTT, programmatic, etc.);
- Understanding of strategic frameworks and marketing (from brand building to performance);
- Experience in conducting negotiations, defending presentations, reports for clients of various seniority levels;
- Students in preparing presentations;
- Excellent communication skills, experience working with large clients (businesses);
- Team player with strategic/mathematical thinking.
